About the Role:
Premier Medical Clinic Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Perry, FL. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine clinical procedures
- Assist physicians and advanced practitioners during patient examinations and treatments
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management
- Collect and process lab specimens, perform EKGs, and conduct basic diagnostic procedures
- Triage patients and communicate changes in patient condition to supervising providers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements:
- Active Florida LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Previous clinical or outpatient/primary care experience preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinic setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
